MEASURING THE INSTALLATION SITE

Properly measuring for carpet is not as simple as it seems. In order to provide you with quality, worry-free service, our highly trained personnel will take upon themselves to measure the installation site – be it your private apartment, house, or business office – on a free-of-charge basis.

TAILORING, TRIMMING, AND FINISHING CARPET EDGES

We offer carpet tailoring services, including trimming and/or finishing carpet and tufting carpet edge with a colour of choice.

INSTALLATION

Our company provides full-scale, professional-quality installation services of vinyl, laminate, parquet, and textile floors. Other professional services include floor levelling and correction (measuring humidity, measuring surface irregularities, mass casting for correction of irregularities such as roughness, bumps and cracks or holes).

CONSUMER COMPLAINTS

If the product does not meet the customer's expectations, filing a complaint allows them to exchange the product for another. However, failing to submit the fiscal account in a period of 6 months from the date of purchase deprives the customer of the possibility to claim their right.
